As a player for Woodford Juniors, I agree to:
- Always try my best, in matches and training.
- Show respect to my teammates, coaches, referees, opponents, and everyone involved in the game.
- Play fairly and with good sportsmanship, whether we win or lose.
- Listen to, and follow, instructions from the coaches and team officials.
- Wear the correct kit and look after club equipment.
- Behave in a way that reflects well on the team and the club.
- Avoid using bad language or inappropriate behaviour on and off the pitch.
- Turn up to fundraisers for the team as much as I can.
