As a parent/carer of a player for Woodford U13s, I agree to:
- Encourage and support my child to enjoy playing and learning, not just to win.
- Ensure my child attends training and matches on time, and is properly equipped.
- Pay the season signing-on fee of £25. I understand this fee contributes to the running of the team and is separate from regular monthly subs.
- Keep up to date with paying team subs. If I am struggling to pay, I will speak to the team manager or club representative to find a solution – help is available.
- Set a good example with my behaviour at training and matches – I will stay positive, respectful and calm.
- Never shout at referees, opponents, coaches, or players.
- Leave all coaching to the coaches.
- I will not give instructions or shout over the coaches during games.
- Support the club in promoting a positive image both on and off the pitch.
- Consent to pictures being taken and shared on the team and club social networks.
- Try my hardest to help out with fundraising for the team and club if I can.
